Our History
1953-1999
Gregory Construction Company was founded in 1953 by William Gregory. The company boasted many infamous projects including the Delta Planetarium, the Boathouse Condominium, and other iconic Bay City landmarks.
1999-present
In 1999, brothers Matt Pumford and Mark Pumford of Saginaw purchased Gregory Construction from William Gregory. Currently, Gregory Construction works in conjunction with Pumford Construction under the leadership of Matt Pumford. They share labor forces, equipment, and resources to enhance the level of service that both companies can provide. Gregory Construction is committed now more than ever to enhancing the Great Lakes Bay Region and being a partner for economic development.

Bay City Waterfall Park
Gregory Construction Company is proud of all projects- large and small simple and unique. The Waterfall Park is one of the cherished landmarks in Bay City boasting a unique setting along the river's edge.
