LEED and Green Building
Gregory Construction understands that sustainable energy and renewable resources are important to the future of our world. We currently have five Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals available that understand small changes can go a long way.
In 2007, our partner company, Pumford Construction designed and built our first two LEED Certified projects. Not only were they milestones for the company, but they were also milestones for the parties involved. The first was for Consumers Energy, an affiliate of CMS Energy, their first LEED Certified project. The second was for developer ProVisions and tenants, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality as well as the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth.
